The details
LuckyYou by Lucky Brand is an Amber Fougere Fragrance that has rich notes of sandalwood, musk, and Brazilian rosewood. The nose behind the cologne is Jean Claude Delville and it was first released in 2000.
Fragrance
The top notes include grass and various floral notes. The middle notes include cardamom whereas the base note includes bamboo, teak wood, sandalwood, musk, and Brazilian rosewood.
The longevity of smell
Though the scent is one of the best classical refreshing scents we have ever reviewed, its longevity let us down. The smell lasts barely for a few hours before it completely disappears from your skin and clothes. The projection lasts for an hour or less and the sillage is below average as well.
Bottle design
The bottle is available in 3.4 fl oz bottle only. The bottle is small enough and sprays a fine mist all over your clothes without causing blots.
Value
The cologne has a nostalgic effect on older men. The fragrance was one of the most used perfumes in high-school teenage boys. So, the perfume serves as a perfect gift for men in their late 30s.
Final verdict
The cologne has a very linear, fresh, and clean shower scent which can be worn for daily use. It is inexpensive and a classic from the 2000s. However, it is not recommended for important events. Furthermore, the longevity is average but due to its small-sized bottle and affordable price, you can use it as much as you want throughout the day.
